God willing, we will be able to acquire a land of 6-8 acres for $200-250k. By cooking lunches the mission has collected over 6k and with all other donations we can allocate around $23k for the down payment and closing fees for the land. Also, the members of the mission have pledged to contribute up to $800 in total for monthly payment for the first several years. The table below summaries where we stand right now.
